He apparently pulled out his back. Well he went to a Union Doctor and now is collecting $80,000 a year tax free. In addition to that he does not pay for health benefits. This man is in his thirties and word is he is training to run the NYC marathon in the fall! If that is not a fraud I do not know what is. And this just goes on and on and on. To me, if you steal someone else's money you go to jail. How is this any different then holding up a bank??? Will anybody ever do something about these frauds? Millions of people are getting away with this and apparently there is nothing the tax payer who is paying for it all can do. The State of New York should declare bankruptcy and renegotiate all of the public union contracts. The public unions have gotten way to greedy and are dictating to our politicians in Albany how to vote. They pull the purse strings and the politicians just go along so they can get re-elected.
